Frequently Asked Questions
Pricing & Billing
How Much Does Doody Pros Cost?
Weekly service is $15/week for 1 dog, $20 for 2, $25 for 3, $30 for 4 and $35 for 5. One-time cleanups start at $99. Full pricing.
Is There a Contract?
No. There's no contract, so you can pause or cancel anytime.
How Am I Billed?
We charge per week and bill once a month, automatically, by credit or debit card. Once you're signed up, you don't have to do a thing. Late payments add $5 per week.
Are There Extra Fees for Big Yards?
Only one: yards over ¼ acre add $10 per service day.
Is Weekly Service Worth Paying For?
Absolutely. For two dogs, three months of weekly service is about $260. Three separate one-time cleanups for the same yard start at $357, and the yard is only clean a few days a month. You could mow your own lawn too, but plenty of people hire someone so they can spend that time elsewhere. Scooping is no different. See pricing.
Do You Offer Yard Deodorizing?
Yes. A deodorizer treatment is a $20 add-on to any visit. Just text us to add it.

What Areas Do You Serve?
Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, West Richland, plus the greater Tri-Cities. See service areas.
Do You Serve Benton City, Burbank, Finley or Prosser?
Yes, for one-time visits. These usually don't fit into a weekly route, but we can always do a one-time visit, so please call or text! Ask about weekly service and we'll map your address to see if it can work.
What Days Do You Service Each City?
Currently: Tuesday is West Richland, Wednesday is Kennewick, Thursday is Richland and Friday is Pasco. Mondays cover a mix of areas.
How Often Do You Come?
Weekly service visits once per week. We also offer one-time cleanups.
Do I Need to Be Home?
Nope! Most of our customers aren't home when we service their yard. We just need access to the backyard. If your gate has a lock, we keep the code in our notes, and only your yard tech can see it.
My Dogs Are Always Outside. Is That a Problem?
That's okay! But we want to make sure your dogs are always safe, so we ask that they be inside so no one slips through the gate. We text before we arrive so you have time to bring them in.
What If You Miss Something?
Call or text and we'll be back within 24 hours. We guarantee a clean yard every week.
What Do You Do with the Waste?
We bag it in scented trash bags, double-tie them, and leave them in your trash can.
What Happens When It Snows or the Weather Is Bad?
We run our routes in almost all weather. On average, we miss about one day a year. If conditions aren't safe, we'll let you know our plan, and occasionally we skip that week. Skipped weeks are still billed, because the waste keeps piling up and takes extra time on the next visit.
Can I Paws Service?
Absolutely. Just let us know the week before and we'll get you set.
Do You Serve Businesses, HOAs and Rentals?
Yes. See HOA & commercial service.

Pets, Gates and Tricky Yards
“Katie and her team do a great job of communicating and are very kind when misunderstandings with your pets occur (like dogs that can open doors).”
“Best 'crappy people' in Tri-Cities! They were always on time, quick, and thorough… I hated picking up my dog's mess in my backyard because it's all sand and sloped, but they had no issue!”
“Katie and her team are awesome! They have always been timely and provided ample notification time when they would be arriving, and weren't scared off when a rogue family member accidentally released the dogs into the yard while they were cleaning it!”
